Michele is a specialist in family mediation working as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) for over 10 years in both the NGO sector and in Family Relationship Centres.
Michele has extensive experience in assisting families navigate their post separation parenting and property/financial arrangements in a non adversarial manner, using her specialist skills to assist parents to maintain the focus on their children in coming to the best arrangements for their family.
Michele understands that open and clear communication is essential for parties to be able to express their views of what is happening for them. Michele is skilled at ensuring that each person’s perspectives, needs and interests are considered in the process.
Michele is a coach for both the Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution and the NMAS (National Mediation Accreditation) at the College of Law.

Myrine is an experienced family dispute resolution practitioner and mediator. Prior to her work in mediation Myrine was in the executive leadership team of a national company working with, and managing large teams.
Myrine believes that in order for people to have their needs understood the first step is for them to be heard. She believes that in order to be heard, one must first listen.
Myrine believes that good communication and empathy are key to dealing with difficult and challenging relationship issues. She believes in resolving conflict in a caring, calm and professional manner. With in depth training around supporting children through family separation, Myrine believes that all conversations should be child focused. She understands that separation is complex and confronting for all involved and is motivated to support everyone throughout the process. In any mediation Myrine strives to reach realistic and durable agreements that work for both parties, and their children.
